Mom's Pizza started with a dream — to bring authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas to the heart of Hoskote, Bangalore. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients and the patience to do things right.

Every pizza we serve begins with our signature slow-fermented dough, made from imported 00-flour and left to develop flavor for over 24 hours. We use only 100% real mozzarella — never substitutes — and top our pizzas with fresh, hand-picked ingredients.

Our high-heat baking technique creates that perfect Neapolitan character: a beautifully charred, blistered crust that's crispy on the outside yet impossibly soft and airy on the inside.
